The Ninja Cooking System is a great tool for making a delicious and moist meatloaf without the hassle of preheating an oven or dealing with the mess of a traditional meatloaf pan. This recipe is easy to make and is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix together until evenly combined.

2. Place the mixture in the Ninja Cooking System pot and shape into a loaf.

3. Secure the lid and select the “Meatloaf” setting. The Ninja Cooking System will automatically adjust the time and temperature for you.

4. When the timer beeps, remove the lid and check the internal temperature. The internal temperature should be at least 165°F. If the internal temperature is not at least 165°F, reselect the “Meatloaf” setting and allow to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes before checking again.

5. Remove the meatloaf from the Ninja Cooking System and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Meatloaf can be made with any type of ground meat, including beef, turkey, chicken, or pork. The cooking time may need to be adjusted depending on the type of meat you are using.

If you don’t have a Ninja Cooking System, you can use a conventional oven to bake your meatloaf. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
