Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups beef stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and pork, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, allspice, onion, and parsley. Mix together until just combined.

7. Stir in the cream, vinegar, and nutmeg. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
8. Add the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
10. Serve over egg noodles, and enjoy!
