Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 cup of your favorite vegetables, diced

1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, vegetables, cheese, and crushed crackers. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Top with additional cheese and cracker crumbs, if desired.
