Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring often, until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker and set to high pressure. Cook for 18 minutes.

5. When the cooking time is up, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release valve. Unlock and open the lid and stir to combine.

6. Ladle the curry into individual bowls and garnish with the chopped cilantro. Serve with naan, basmati rice, or chapati.
