Ingredients

1 kilogram of lamb liver, chopped into small pieces

1 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes, until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
