Keto Slow Cooker Chili

This slow cooker chili is a great way to make a hearty, flavorful meal without spending too much time in the kitchen. It has the perfect blend of spices and flavors to make a delicious and keto-friendly meal.

Ingredients



- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste

Instructions



1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
2. In a slow cooker, add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and garlic. Stir to combine.
3. Add the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
4. Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
6. Add salt to taste before serving.

Notes



- For a spicier chili, add additional jalapenos or other chili peppers.
- If you don't have a slow cooker, you can also make this chili in a large pot on the stove. Just cook the beef and vegetables in the pot, then add the remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
