Keto Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
2. In a slow cooker, add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and garlic. Stir to combine.
3. Add the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
4. Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
6. Add salt to taste before serving.

Notes
- For a spicier chili, add additional jalapenos or other chili peppers.
