Ingredients

Instructions
- Remove the skin and fat from the pork shoulder. Cut the meat into 2-3 inch cubes.
- Sprinkle the sea salt over the pork cubes and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the liquid smoke, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Add the pork cubes to the pressure cooker. Pour the liquid smoke mixture over the pork cubes.
- Close the lid and seal the pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
- Release the pressure, open the lid, and serve the kālua pork with rice and macaroni salad.
