Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not over mix.
5. Grease the waffle iron with butter or cooking spray.
