Ingredients
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 jar (24 oz.) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
• 1 container (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
• 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 2 cups Kraft® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain off the fat.
2. Add the Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
4. In a 6-quart slow cooker, layer 4 lasagna noodles, one-third of the beef mixture, one-third of the cheese mixture, and one-third of the remaining sauce.
5. Repeat the layers twice, ending with the sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
