2 tablespoons olive oil

2 onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 bay leaves

4 lamb shanks

2 cups beef broth

1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes.
