Ingredients
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
4 potatoes, diced
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
2 tablespoons Mccormick Slow Cooker Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 bay leaves
Instructions
1. Place the beef, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, potatoes and tomatoes in a slow cooker. Pour the beef broth over the ingredients and stir to combine.
2. Sprinkle the Mccormick Slow Cooker Beef Stew Seasoning Mix, black pepper, thyme, and bay leaves over the top and stir to combine. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, or until the beef is tender.
3. Remove the bay leaves before serving. Serve with crusty bread or over cooked rice or noodles.
