Instructions
To make the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt. Stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before filling.
To make the filling: In a medium saucepan, heat 1 ½ cups of the cream over medium heat until just simmering. Add the chopped chocolate and let sit for a few minutes. Whisk until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Set aside.
