Ingredients
1kg lamb fillet
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup water
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the rosemary, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
2. Place the lamb fillet in the slow cooker and pour the water over top. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until the lamb is tender and cooked through.
3. Serve with your favourite sides and enjoy.
