Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil • 2 large onions, diced • 2 large carrots, diced • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 pounds of beef chuck, cut into 1 inch cubes • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste • 1 cup of red wine • 1 cup of beef broth • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce • 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced • 2 tablespoons of butter • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
