Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in the tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and parsley. Set aside.

Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange 3 of the noodles over the sauce. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Top with another 1 cup of sauce, followed by 3 more noodles, the remaining cheese mixture, and the remaining sauce. Top with the remaining 3 noodles.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the lasagna is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.

Let the lasagna cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
