Ingredients

For The Filling:

- 6-8 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tablespoons butter


For The Crust:

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into cubes

- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2-3 tablespoons ice water

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.


2. To make the filling, combine the apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl and mix until the apples are evenly coated.


3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate and dot with the butter.
