Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Mix together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in an ungreased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
