Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground beef

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, seasoned salt, oregano, and black pepper. Add the egg and mix until combined.
