Ingredients
2 pounds of lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, diced

1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 cup of chicken stock
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place the cubed lamb shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. Add the diced onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the slow cooker.
3. Pour in the can of crushed tomatoes and the chicken stock.
4. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top of the ingredients.
