Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of chopped celery
- 1 ½ cups of chopped onions

- ½ cup of butter
- 10 cups of cubed bread
- 2 ½ cups of turkey broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13” baking dish.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the celery, onions, thyme, rosemary, and sage. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
3. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes and the cooked vegetables. Pour in the turkey broth and mix until the bread is moistened.
4. Transfer the stuffing to the prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp the top.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
